🧑‍🎓 Enrolment Policy
All students must complete the enrolment form and submit the course fee (either in full or as per the agreed installment plan) to confirm their admission.

Course access (dashboard, materials, classes) is granted only after full or part payment and confirmation of enrollment.

💰 Payment Terms
All courses are fee-based, and students are responsible for paying the correct amount as per the selected plan.

Refund Policy:

Course fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

📚 Course & Class Guidelines
1. Class Rescheduling
Legal Tutorial Centre reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel classes in case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.

Prior notice will be given wherever possible.

2. Access to Live & Recorded Sessions
Access to live sessions, recorded videos, and study materials is provided only for registered students.

Unauthorized sharing, screen recording, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination without refund.

3. Assignments & Certification
Students must complete assessments, attend sessions, and meet basic course requirements to be eligible for a completion certificate.

Assignments must be submitted within given timelines and will be reviewed by instructors.

🧾 User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree to use the platform only for educational purposes and not for any illegal, unethical, or commercial use.

🚫 Code of Conduct
All students are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior during online or offline sessions.

Misconduct, harassment, or misuse of the platform will result in permanent termination of access without refund.

⚖️ Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
All course content, notes, PDFs, tests, videos, and other resources are the intellectual property of Legal Tutorial Centre.

Students are not allowed to record, copy, distribute, or resell any part of the content in any form.

Legal Tutorial Centre provides coaching and support services on an “as-is” basis.

We do not guarantee specific results or selections, as outcomes depend on individual effort.

We are not liable for any loss or damages caused by the use of our services, website, or materials.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services or dashboard if you:

Misuse content or break conduct rules

Provide false information during registration

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal.
